Friends of Areopagos
As part of LIFE Ministry, Friends of Areopagos is a membership program that offers a wide range of benefits to the holistic health of our members. Together, we hope to explore the meaning of life, and death, for it is inevitable and crucial that we understand and accept in order to live a happier life. Our FoA members and their family will be allowed to use our Tao Fong Shan Christian cemetery facilities and services, and receive counselling and comfort from our pastoral staff.

Sponsored by our Norweigian mission partner, Areopagos, we aspire to keep up our founder’s vision from 90 years ago, to help our sisters and brothers in Hong Kong undertsand and experience the fullness of life.

Complimentary tickets for all events and activities organized by the LIFE Ministry.
Every year, members can apply to stay at Pilgrim’s Hall to retreat for free (2 nights), and to use Silence Room for free (6 hours).
5% discounts on retreats and spiritual direction services organized by Tao Fong Shan Christian Centre.
Apply for a long-term burial plot at Tao Fong Shan Christian Cemetery at government-approved price.
Members can enjoy 1 session of spiritual direction service provided by Tao Fong Shan Christian Centre for free and apply for free participation in activities and retreat camps provided by Tao Fong Shan Christian Centre in the first year of membership.
Members can also enjoy a 10% discount on purchases at the Art Gallery (excluding standard priced and discounted items); and a 10% discount on booking for accommodation, meals and facilities at Pilgrim’s Hall.
How to become a FoA member?
Whether you are a Catholic, orthodox Catholic, or Protestant—baptized or not—we welcome anyone and everyone and their family who believe in Jesus Christ and accept the Christian faith. Or those who simply want to make their life’s journey better by improving the physical, mental, spiritual, and social wellbeing.
